🌡️ Climate
The ideal visiting period is November to April, when temperatures range from a pleasant 20–30°C. Summer months (June–August) can reach 45°C.
✈️ Getting There
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is the world's busiest for international passengers, with direct flights from virtually every major city worldwide.
💱 Currency
The UAE Dirham is pegged to the US Dollar at approximately 3.67 AED per USD. Cards are widely accepted across the city.
🛂 Visa
Citizens of over 50 countries receive a free visa on arrival. UK, EU and US passport holders can visit visa-free for up to 90 days.
🚇 Transport
Dubai has an efficient Metro system, taxis, the RTA Bus network, and a water taxi (Abra) service for crossing the historic Dubai Creek.
📋 Etiquette
Dress modestly in public areas and souks. Public displays of affection should be avoided. Alcohol is permitted in licensed venues only.
